My Promise
As a seller, I do promise the following services :
1- Quick delivery within (48 hours) after the order made if the stock available. If I failed to do so without any valid reason, the customer shall given FREE POSTAGE.
2- Fair and maintained customer "reserve order". If the stock available though customer pending payment, I'll try my best to keep the unit as long as I can.
3- Item #2 shall breach after 72 hour. This valid after I don't get any respond e.g. sms/phone call/email/YM from customers who had "reserve" the product.
4- After sales services may applied to all customer. Regular follow up from time to time to get customer satisfaction and feedback of the product used.
